Rasesh Parekh, A Biomedical Engineer M.E., USA. by education was inspired by Light, and being a technocrat started his foray in intelligent lighting & sound business in 1996. A fourth generation businessman, an engineer by education and an artist by heart & hobby found his true calling in this field of Light, Sound and SFX, giving him best of all worlds, creative, tech and entertainment.
He started as sole distributor of Intelligent Lighting from High End Systems, Austin TX in 1996. Over the years he added various other lighting, sound and special effects products in the portfolio.
Integrated Entertainment Solutions as a company is in Distribution, Trading, Consulting, Design, Installation & Integration, Sales and Support company. It is the sole distributor for top companies in Pro light and Sound domain in Indian sub-continent such Robe, Anolis, Avolites, Artistic Licence, LSC, Madrix, W-DMX, LumenRadio, Luminex, Pangolin, Unity & Kvant Lasers, Capture, Ashly Amplifiers, VMB Prolifts, HK Audio, RPAR etc.
The creative restlessness & pursuit for excellence led him to start another company 'Maya intelligent Entertainment Technologies Pvt Ltd.' pioneering large format projection in India in the year 2000 using PANI projectors. MAYA led the way in investing and using innovative technology such as Airlite, Helite and internally light balloons, inventing IVIZPAQ and other clutter breaking innovative technologies.
